Leeds United are in the US ramping up preparations ahead of the new season. Daniel Farke has already made major squad decisions ahead of the training camp.
Max Wober, Joe Gelhardt, Jack Harrison and Largie Ramazani were all excluded.
The four are expected to leave in this transfer window – Wober has already taken the lead, leaving on a free transfer to join Schalke. The other three players are still figuring out their future.
Harrison has been linked with a move to MLS, and Valencia still have interest in Ramazani.
Hull City’s pursuit of Gelhardt seems to have died down in the last couple of weeks.
While the first team is in training camp, the recruitment team is still working on arrivals. Adam Pope reported this week that Leeds still want to complete deals for three players.
Leeds United still in talks for major transfer move
Leeds United have offered Julian Brandt a contract, with hopes of signing the free agent.
Brandt’s agent paid a visit to Thorp Arch last week to hold a meeting with club officials. The Whites will now wait on the German midfielder’s decision in the coming weeks.
Things have also stalled on the Shea Charles front; Leeds are not willing to submit another offer.
They made it clear that their third offer, which was rejected, will remain on the table for Southampton if they want a deal.
James Trafford is one move that has accelerated over the past 48 hours. The deal is going full speed as the player has already given his okay ahead of a switch to Elland Road.

Fans will have to be patient, as Graham Smyth has revealed that the move is ”not done yet”.
He also adds that talks are positive between Manchester City and Leeds United. Talk of a potential clause in Trafford’s contract when he joins Leeds seems to be the big talking point this week.

Unlike last summer where there were a lot of misses in the transfer window, there is confidence Leeds can pull this throught.
Trafford is open to a move, and the project at Elland Road is very attractive. He will come in immediately and become the club’s number one goalkeeper; something City failed to give him.
Leeds have shown their ambition this summer, grabbing Harry Wilson ahead of other Premier League rivals.
The club also paid a premium fee to sign a top center back in Tarik Muharemovic. There should be no problem in getting this important transfer over the line in the coming days.
