Leeds United have nine games to save their season as they have slipped back into danger at the bottom of the table. Daniel Farke’s side failed to get a point in their last two Premier League games.

And to make things worse, West Ham and Forest managed great results and now the gap at the bottom is tight. Things can change very fast at the bottom of the table, and with nine games to go, anything can happen.

Leeds United sit in 15th place just three points above the relegation zone. Their schedule from now till the end of the season is difficult, as they face teams in and around them at the bottom.

Igor Tudor speaks on former Leeds star Archie Gray

Another team that is struggling in recent weeks is Tottenham, the London club are on a long winless streak and have slipped into the relegation battle. This past week saw Spurs lose horribly in the Champions League, with Archie Gray doing an interview and saying the club needs to improve.

Spurs boss Igor Tudor has spoken on the former Leeds star, and how difficult it has been to develop him this season. Gray has been forced to be used in a number of positions because of the number of injuries at the club.

“That’s the problem. He needs to, every game, change the position, tomorrow again. Four games here, four positions for Archie Gray. He’s an amazing player, but that’s been that. Something’s wrong.

“Beautiful guy, beautiful player. I didn’t know him before so much, so from inside, he has my big respect.”

Spurs are having a terrible season

Igor Tudor is currently in charge of the club, but they brought Thomas Frank in at the start of the season. Many thought Frank was the man to lead the club to success, but unfortunately his spell ended badly. This season, Tottenham have been seriously affected by injuries – a lot of their first team squad has been out with long term problems. Inconsistent lineups have meant the team has barely had any stability and this has played a big part in their faltering campaign.

This is why it was important for the 49ers to maintain Daniel Farke at the end of last year. Consistency is key when you are at this point of the season, Leeds turned things around with Farke in December and now have a fighting chance for survival. Spurs on the other hand, pulled the plug on Thomas Frank, and things have not really changed and now they could go down at the end of the season.
