Leeds United fans are looking forward to more arrivals in this transfer window this summer. The Whites have already brought in two key players as they strengthen the team ahead of next season.

Daniel Farke was able to guide Leeds to a 14th-placed finish after they splashed £100 million in the summer.

The 49ers must continue down that path this time around if they want the team to be a consistent side in the top flight. Farke has already urged the ownership to show ambition if they want to keep him.

Leeds have brought in Harry Wilson on a free transfer to bolster the attack.

And to replace Pascal Struijk, the Whites brought in Bosnian defender Tarik Muharemovic on a £34 million deal. The 23-year old was a target of Sunderland before the club won the race.

Talks intensify as Leeds United star pushes for exit

As fans are focused on new arrivals at Leeds United, they should expect some departures.

The team needs to balance the books with some sales, like seen with Isaac Schmidt leaving this week. Other players are not part of Daniel Farke’s plans and could be moved on.

One player pushing for an exit from Elland Road is Lucas Perri.

Serie A side Torino are pushing to sign the Brazilian this summer, and have ‘agreed’ personal terms with the player. The current hold up is that Leeds want to bring in a new keeper before sanctioning a deal.

Cuore Toro are reporting that Sporting director Gianluca Petrachi is pushing for Perri.

The Italian club have identified the 28-year old as their priority for the goalkeeping position. The Brazilian keeper is also open to a move and is ready to leave Elland Road this summer.

Torino want a loan deal with an option to buy next summer.

Transfer is the best solution for all parties

From everything happening around the club, it is quite clear that Lucas Perri will not be first choice next season.

And reports suggest that the Brazilian wants to play, which makes Torino a suitable option for him. The only problem now is from Leeds’ side as they need to find a replacement.

The best option for both parties is to quickly work out a transfer deal.

Pre-season is already underway and Daniel Farke needs a first choice keeper through the door; keeping Perri from leaving is not a smart option.
