The international break has seen some Leeds United stars perform, while others have not been great. A lot of them earned their national teams selections with their form early in the season.
Leeds are unbeaten in the league and sit in fifth place during the international break.
Their best performers in the league made the cut to join their national teams. James Trafford and Dominic Calvert-Lewin were called up by Thomas Tuchel for this international break.
Many expected either James Justin or Jayden Bogle to make the team, but they missed out.
Calvert-Lewin got a brief cameo in the game against Spain, and was on the bench for the win over Czechia.
Dan James gives perfect response following news about his Leeds United future

James Trafford was in goal for the Three Lions for their first two Nations League games. His first outing was not great as he conceded three goals against Spain but he bounced back with a clean sheet in the next game.
Another Leeds United star also managed to bounce back from a poor game during the international break.
Dan James missed a big chance at the end of Wales vs Portugal, which his team eventually lost. The winger had 67 minutes against Denmark but failed to make an impact.
James was on the scoresheet as Craig Bellamy’s side recorded a huge win against Norway.
He created two chances in the game and completed all his dribbles in a performance that looked like Dan James of old.
This performance comes in a week where he has been linked with a move away from Elland Road. And it a perfect reminder that the Leeds star has something to offer in the Premier League this season.

Leeds star is still of use to the first team
Dan James being a traditional winger means he is a bit out of place in Daniel Farke’s new system.
But looking at how he has played recently, he still offers a lot. His goal was from close range, but a lot of things he did in the game can be easily done in this Leeds side.
James remains one of the most explosive attackers in the team who can finish in some situations.
So Farke must find a way to fit him into the team and maximize his abilities going forward.
