Player who left Leeds United this summer have already started off at their new clubs. Just last weekend, two loanees faced off against each other in the Serie A.
The 49ers did a great job of moving players, especially those who were no longer needed at the club.
Leeds terminated Max Wober’s deal and sold Jack Harrison, two of the highest earners at Elland Road. This move has since cleared some huge wages off the books for the club.
Sebastiaan Bornauw, Wilfried Gnonto and Joel Piroe were also allowed to leave.
Farke revealed after deadline day that the club could not promise Gnonto and Piroe the playing time they wanted, leading to their moves.

One of the longest sagas at Leeds United this summer surrounded goalkeeper Lucas Perri.
At the end of the season, news emerged that the Whites would pursue another first choice keeper. And this ultimately meant that Perri no longer had a chance at Elland Road.
Leeds eventually landed James Trafford, which opened the door for the Brazilian to leave.
It took weeks and multiple delays, but Perri ended up joining Torino on a season-long loan. He has since made two appearances for the Italian side, in the league and the cup.
Both appearances have come with errors in goal, but Perri has since acknowledged them and is working on improving.
Italian newspaper La Stampa (via Toro News) have been covering the keeper’s start to life in Turin. They analysed his first few performances, and have mentioned that his errors are as a result of losing confidence at Leeds last year.
Daniel Farke decided to bench Perri in the middle of last season, and La Stampa believe the inactivity has played a part in the Brazilian’s rustiness.

Unfair to place blame on Whites
It is very unfair for all the blame to be placed on Leeds for Perri having a shaky start to life in Italy.
He was rightfully benched after a series of errors in the middle of the campaign, but was allowed to be in cup games where he performed well in the run to the FA Cup semi final at Wembley.
Perri remains a solid keeper, and this summer’s move is more of a case of wrong timing considering Leeds’ transfers.
Hopefully he can get back to the form which saw the Whites spend a lot of money to sign him from Lyon last year.
