Alfred Schreuder OUT of the running for Leeds job – Phil Hay

The Athletic journalist Phil Hay reports that Leeds will not be considering former Ajax coach Alfred Schreuder to take over at Elland Road.

The Dutch coach was spotted at Elland Road on Sunday during the Leeds game against Man United. Hay reported that the 50-year old was also at the team hotel before the game.

Now, Schreuder has been reportedly ruled out of the race:

“Hearing that Alfred Schreuder no longer being considered for the Leeds job. Has gone back to Holland and won’t be appointed. Discussions now continuing with other candidates. Skubala continuing to work with the squad in the meantime” Hay wrote on his Twitter.

Michael Skubala and his team of coaches will be in charge of The Whites for the interim. Leeds are away to Everton this weekend.
