Leeds United left out four first team players from their pre-season trip to the US. It was the beginning of the end for them as this showed they were not in Daniel Farke’s plans.
Jack Harrison, Max Wober, Largie Ramazani and Joe Gelhardt did not take part in pre-season.
Wober’s contract was terminated, and the defender joined Schalke on a free transfer. He was out on loan last year, and failed to get Werder Bremen to sign him on a permanent deal.
Joe Gelhardt also sealed a move to Hull City after spending the last 18 months on loan.
And after a long-standing saga at Elland Road, Leeds have finally been able to offload Jack Harrison. The winger has joined New England Revolution in the MLS on a permanent deal.

Largie Ramazani remains the only one of the four players still under contract, but he is set to leave.
The winger spent last season with Valencia in La Liga. After a poor first half of the season riddled with injuries, he managed to bounce back in the second half of the year.
Ramazani impressed the club, with many thinking he would eventually join them on a permanent deal.
Valencia have failed to make an official proposal all summer, and now other clubs have joined the race for the winger. Earlier on Monday, sources from Spain revealed that the Belgian was in talks with Burnley and other Championship clubs.

Beren Cross of The Athletic has now reported that Burnley have agreed a deal to sign Largie Ramazani on a permanent deal.
Details of the transfer are being ironed out, but it has been confirmed that the winger will end his tw0-year stay at Elland Road, where he only managed to make 30 appearances.

Largie Ramazani saga has been a whole mess
For a player that was signed with really high hopes in the Championship, he has failed to deliver. He had rough start to life in his first season in England, netting just seven goals in his debut campaign.
However he lost his place in the side and was only a rotation option.
Ramazani was sent out on loan the first week of last season, and earned plaudits at Valencia.
He failed to report to Thorp Arch and stuck to personal training all summer in hopes of a move. Valencia failed to make their move, and now the winger is set for the Championship.
The whole saga can finally end with his sale after a disappointing spell.
