Leeds United 2026/27 home kit revealed ahead of new season

Leeds United have been very busy on and off the pitch this summer as the new season approaches. Right after the end of the campaign, serious work has been started on the Elland Road project.

The club are continuing to develop the stadium this summer and work is already underway.

Leeds hope to make Elland Road into a UEFA Category 4 stadium going forward. There club aim to increase the stadium capacity from 37,645 to 53,000 in line with the growth of their fanbase.

The 49ers have made it their focus to make the club a Premier League staple going forward.

And they have done exactly that this summer, having made ambitious transfers. Leeds finished 14th last season, and have already added Harry Wilson, Tarik Muharemovic and are close to sealing a move for James Trafford.

Leeds United 2026/27 home kit now available

Off the pitch, the club have been doing a lot of great work since the 49ers took full control of the club.

Deals with Red Bull, Adidas and other sponsors have seen the club benefit financially as they aim to make the club a global brand.

Ahead of the new season, Leeds United have unveiled their 2026/27 home kit. The new shirt is inspired by the club’s iconic white, yellow and blue colours and celebrates 400 years since the signing of the Leeds Town Charter.

This season’s kit will features subtle horizontal blue and yellow stripes.

Leeds’ website described how the new shirt reflects the connection between the club, the city and the fanbase.

”For generations, Leeds United has been woven into the fabric of the city. From Elland Road to communities across Leeds and supporters around the world, the club has united people through a shared passion that spans generations. The 2026/27 home kit celebrates that enduring connection between the club, the city and its supporters.”

Where fans can get new kit

The 2026/27 home kit will be available as of 8am on Tuesday.

Fans can grab their shirts online via shop.leedsunited.com and adidas, as well as in all Leeds United retail stores and selected JD stores.

Leeds United are back in action in pre-season on Thursday as they face Sunderland in the US. The Whites lost their first friendly of the summer 3-2 to Wrexham in Tampa.

They will then go on to play Liverpool in Chicago before returning to England to play the rest of their fixtures ahead of the new season.
