‘Playing a lot better’ – Ian Wright praises Gracia for Leeds attacker’s recent form

Ian Wright believes Javi Gracia has done a miraculous job on Leeds forward Jack Harrison.

The 26-year old has four goal involvements in as many games since the Spaniard was appointed head coach. Harrison has put the events of the January transfer window behind him and has played himself into form.

Ex-Arsenal forward Ian Wright believes Harrison is benefitting from Javi Gracia’s coaching:

“You look at someone like Jack Harrison, how he’s playing now. He’s got four goal involvements in four games.

“In 21 games under Jesse Marsch I think he had three (it was five). He’s got four in four games. He’s just upped the ante with everybody. They are playing a lot better. They look really energised.”

Harrison failed to make the England squad and will remain at Leeds until the international break is over. Hopefully he will be refreshed and energized for Leeds’ game against Arsenal on April 1st.
