Some of the best business Leeds United did in the summer was tying down key players on new contracts. However there are still some that will have their futures decided in the coming months.
Ethan Ampadu was the first to pen a new deal, with Paraag Marathe saying the club had no hesitation to seal the deal.
The followed Joe Rodon, Jayden Bogle and Brenden Aaronson; the core of the team that was promoted from the Championship will continue together for the next few years.
Leeds also managed to add some real quality to the team with some impressive summer signings.

However, one area fans complained about was the attack.
Leeds United only signed two players to help the quality up front; Harry Wilson and Jean-Matteo Bahoya. But both are wide forwards rather than goalscorers; ad when Joel Piroe left the concern grew even more.
The Whites will have to depend o Lukas Nmecha as Calvert-Lewin’s backup this seaso.
Ad the German himself is out of contract in the coming moths; so in the case he does fid his way out of Elland Road, Leeds will need to look at a few options to replace him in the team.

Emerdin Demirovic

Demirovic would be the obvious choice given his recent links with a move to Elland Road
The striker continues to have an impressive career in Germany; in the last four seasos, he has scored 42 goals in the Bundesliga. He is not a one-dimensional forward either, he has some decent ability to carry the ball and bring others into play.
At 28 years old, he would definitely love the chance to make the move to the Premier League to test himself.
He would fit well in Daniel Farke’s system as he can play alongside Calvert-Lewin or in a lone role.
Richarlison

The Brazilian has bee expected to leave Tottenham over the summer widow. However, he wanted to leave on his terms and not be forced out.
As things stand, Richarlison remains under contract at the London stadium. Roberto De Zerbi has no plans for him so it is very likely he makes a move any time between now and next summer.
Though not prolific, the forward has some goals in him – he has been more productive than most of Spurs’ forwards last year.
Harry Gray

To replace Lukas Nmecha, Leeds have an in-house replacement for the German.
Gray is currently on loan at Sheffield Wednesday as he continues to build his professional career. The striker managed a few goals on loan at Rotherham last season and fans will be keen to monitor his development this year.
Harry Gray is still young ad inexperienced, but what better way is there for him to learn the role than to be thrust into it?
