Monday has kicked off tremendously for Leeds United fans following some huge transfer news. Per reports, the club will close in on its fourth summer signing in the coming hours.
After James Trafford arrived at the club, things seemed to be moving slowly on all fronts.
But the lead up to this weekend has sparked more transfer activity around Elland Road.
Leeds have reached personal terms and have agreed a transfer fee for Nico Elvedi. The Swiss international is already undergoing a medical, and the deal could be wrapped up in the next 24 hours.
Elvedi worked with Daniel Farke at Borussia Monchengladbach, and the German coach is said to have been key in the transfer pursuit.

Leeds have now made huge strides to add another shot stopper after Trafford’s arrival.
Absolut Fussball are reporting that the Whites have enquired about Eintracht Frankfurt goalkeeper Michael Zetterer.
With Lucas Perri on his way out, the club need a backup goalkeeper with experience in the squad. Zetterer is 31 years old and has three years left on his current deal with the Bundesliga side.
