Leeds United have experience a huge turnaround in form these past couple of weeks. The Whites have managed to get results against Chelsea and Liverpool in their fight for survival.
Most of this is down to Daniel Farke, who has continued to find ways in the last few weeks to tinker the team to get results. His tactics nearly caused an upset in the second half at the Etihad after his team came from 2-0 down to mount a comeback. Unfortunately his side lost to a late goal.
With the new 3-5-2 shape, Leeds were able to beat Chelsea at Elland Road, and held Arne Slot’s Liverpool side to a draw just days later. Farke showed his tactical ability in the second half of the game against the Reds, scrapping the system change at 2-0 down as his side eventually sealed a 3-3 draw.

Everton eye January move for Jayden Bogle
One of the biggest beneficiaries of the system change this season has been Jayden Bogle. The fullback who was a potent attacking weapon last year, had a quiet start to the campaign, but has picked up form in recent games. The new shape allows him the freedom he had down the flanks in the previous campaign.
Now, according to Football Insider, Everton are planning a shock raid for the fullback. He has consistently been among the best performers for the Whites since he joined and it is no surprise he is attracting serious attention. The report indicates that the Toffees are keen on adding a new long-term option at right back as they build towards the future, and Bolge’s name is on the radar.
Leeds United star must be made untouchable
Any move for Bogle will spark outrage among the fanbase, the defender is one of the club’s best players. Fans will be furious if the ownership decide to ship him out to balance the books for PSR reasons. Outside that, the club cannot afford to be giving away their best players to rivals.
Leeds are in the middle of a relegation battle, and it would just be absurd to let go of a player the calibre of Bogle. The 49ers are already not on many people’s good side, so giving the green light for such a decision will only infuriate a large part of the fanbase.
Sell Bogle, your having a laugh, one of the most improved players in the squad, sell Meslier, Harrison, Gelthard, Byron to name a few, that will be enough to buy at least two players needed nos 10 and a striker?
Leeds would still be in a relegation battle if we’re in the top half of the league, I thought he was a big part of the of the largest goal tally in our history, he has just been the one who is going to put quality crosses in the box. Let’s be honest who’s he and I was one of them, everyone wasn’t on board with dcl, farke said he was going to be a different player and he’s been on fire, he’s bulked up and he’s been bullying a few defences he should have got a penalty and got another priceless goal . Point is farke is a quality manager who has to be backed in January.. IN FARKE WE TRUST.. MOT
