The January transfer window is months away, but clubs are already laying the groundwork for a successful window. Leeds United could be one of them considering this latest news.
The summer was a very profitable one for the Whites, who managed to bolster many key areas.
In came James Trafford, Nico Elvedi and Tarik Muharemovic, with Harry Wilson added to boost the quality in attack. And it seems like these signings have paid off in a big way looking at the start to the season.
Leeds have picked up nine points from their first six league games.
And the club definitely have ambitions of finishing around 14th place again, meaning they will have to perform at a similar level once again.

The 49ers have used the January window as an opportunity to give a final push to the team.
Just this year, Leeds United attempted to splash the cash and sign Jorgen Strand Larsen to add firepower. The deal fell through, but the club still managed to add Facundo Buonanotte.
And it looks like another attacker could be on the cards in the next few months.
Pete O’Rourke of Football Insider is reporting that a move for Marseille star Igor Paixao is possible now. Per his report, the French club could be forced to sell the Brazilian due to financial concerns.
Paixao was a name that popped up this summer, after the Whites failed to land Julian Brandt.
Nothing did materialize, but Marseille were open to selling their first team stars before their situation changed weeks before the transfer deadline.

Should Igor Paixao be a priority in January?
Marseille could be looking to sell the Brazilian at a lower price in order to write off some financial concerns.
If the opportunity presents itself, then the 49ers should no doubt assess the possibility of a move. But for now, it would be very unlikely that Leeds try to sign the winger in the coming months.
Club chief Robbie Evans has already said it would take significant circumstances to force the club to make a move in the winter.
That and the arrival of Harry Wilson and Jean-Matteo Bahoya in the summer means that the Whites are well stocked in attacking areas. Anything could happen, but it is unlikely there will be a new face at Elland Road in January.
