According to Global Transfer News expert Ekrem Konur, Leeds United are eyeing a move for Harvey Elliott.
The midfielder is part of Liverpool’s squad in pre-season as new boss Andoni Iraola wanted to take a look at him. But it seems clear now that Elliott’s path to first team football will not be at Anfield.
Leeds and RB Liepzig have been credited with interest in the 23-year old.

Elliott can play out wide and as an attacking midfielder, which means he ticks the profile Leeds United are after.
When it comes to leaving Liverpool, since the midfielder is out of favour, it could be an easy process. He spent last year on loan at Aston Villa where he only managed to play 11 games.
This time around, he will be hoping for a team that can give him consistent minutes – and Leeds can do that.
With just one year remaining on his deal, teams interested will have to explore a permanent transfer if he does not extend his contract. Regardless, everything is in favour for the 49ers if they really want a move.
