Leeds United will soon announce their third signing of this transfer window. The Whites are finally set to complete the deal for Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford.

Daniel Farke’s men are back in England following their pre-season camp in the US.

Trafford himself returned from his World Cup break, and will put the final touches on his latest transfer. The England international will join Harry Wilson and Tarik Muharemovic as the new additions this summer.

If reports are to be believed, the 49ers are far from done in this window.

Leeds have lined up multiple targets including a backup goalkeeper, a fullback, a midfielder and a striker.

22 G/A could be available for just £5m from Premier League rivals

Leeds United are not actively looking for another winger, but they should following last season.

Noah Okafor was the team’s only saving grace in wide areas, scoring eight goals. The other options in Dan James and Wilfried Gnonto combined to give just one goal in all competitions.

Sky sources believe that Farke is after an attacking midfielder who can play out wide.

This could be the perfect opportunity for Leeds United to go back in for Manor Solomon. The Whites turned down the chance to sign him last summer, but circumstances have changed.

David Ornstein has reported that talks between Spurs and West Ham have collapsed over a move for Solomon.

The key part of this is that the winger is believed to be available for just around £5 million. The Hammers offered the fee, but failed to agree to the bonuses including promotion guarantees.

Which would have raised the figure to above the £5 million.

This is a chance Leeds United should not be passing up

Fiorentina are also in the race for Solomon, but nothing has progressed on that front.

Leeds United have a huge chance to sign Manor Solomon in this window. His current valuation is affordable, and is in line with the market opportunities the 49ers will be keen on.

In his only season under Daniel Farke, he produced 10 goals and 12 assists in all competitions.

He only managed nine goal involvements last season, but even that is more than what Gnonto and Dan James provided. If the club really want to improve their attack, then the Spurs man should be their go-to guy this summer.
