Leeds United have made just two permanent additions in this transfer window. But the Whites plan to add a few more players weeks before the new season begins.
According to Sky Sources, Leeds could sign up to six new players to the first team.
A goalkeeper (and a backup), a fullback, a central midfielder, an attacking midfielder who can play as a winger and a striker are on the shortlist. So the 49ers have a lot of work to do going forward.
To fund some of these transfers, it is inevitable that some players will have to leave.
The club have already sold Pascal Struijk, Jack Harrison and Isaac Schmidt. Karl Darlow, Max Wober and Illan Meslier have also left on free transfers.

Leeds United left four players out of the squad list for the US tour.
Largie Ramazani, Joe Gelhardt, Max Wober and Jack Harrison are expected to leave the club this summer. Wober and Harrison have now left, and Ramazani and Gelhardt could follow.
This week has seen Joe Gelhardt linked with an exit this week.
Birmingham City and Hull City are said to have serious interest in the forward. He was on loan with the Tigers last season as they won Premier League promotion through the playoffs.

Hull boss Sergej Jakirovic has spoken on if Gelhard will be signed this summer.
“If it’s my decision, he will be here with us,” he told BBC Humberside Sport. “We are expecting some players in these positions, the No.10 or right-winger, so we have to wait. I know everything about Joffy, he scored 15 goals and got seven assists. We know everything about him. He doesn’t need any adaptation but we will see. If nobody comes, I would like to sign Joffy.”

Leeds need to capitalize on this interest
Aside Hull City, Birmingham City and a number of other clubs are in the race for Joe Gelhardt.
His value is at his highest after he scored 15 goals for the Tigers last season. Now, the time has come for Leeds to let him go on a permanent transfer; since his contract expires in the next 12 months.
Getting the best deal for Gelhardt is what matters now, it will get some funds in for the rest of the window.
The 49ers have targeted multiple areas in the team that they need to strengthen ahead of the new season.
No problem getting rid of players, concerns are numerous contacts and only two signed, we are running out of time?
