Friday began with news from Italy reporting that Leeds United goalkeeper Lucas Perri was set to complete his transfer. The Brazilian has been on the verge of completing a move to Torino.
Talks started before James Trafford was signed, and now the former City keeper has arrived and already debuted.
Perri was in England the past week, being on the bench for both games in the Premier League and the League Cup against Nottingham Forest.
Cuore Toro reported that the 28-year old is set to be unveiled as a new Torino players in the coming days. His move has been delayed multiple times in the last few weeks.
Marseille tried to sign Perri at a point which delayed the move.
But it looks like the Italian side are ready to confirm the deal after making a sale that would allow the Lucas Perri deal to go through.

Daniel Farke confirmed in Leeds United’s Friday press conference that the club allowed the Brazilian to leave to complete his move.
The Leeds boss also confirmed that the club are looking at a number of names to come in and replace the 28-year old. Michael Zetterer is the leading name to arrive at Elland Road in the next few days.
Florian Plettenburg revealed that the German keeper would fly to Leeds to begin talks.

The Sky reporter has now given an update later today on the situation. Per Plettenburg, Zetterer has landed in England in the last few hours and is headed to West Yorkshire to discuss a deal.
Leeds and Frankfurt are said to have agreed a £4.28 million permanent move.
And now the Whites have to reach an agreement with Michale Zetterer to complete the transfer.

This transfer has taken too much effort from Leeds
From the early reports, it looks like Michael Zetterer is not fully convinced over a move to England. And that is why has had to fly and meet Leeds officials to negotiate.
This is complicated, as he could still choose not to make the switch to Elland Road.
But with how advanced everything is, and the fact that Perri is close to being confirmed by Torino, the move should have no hitches.
The amount of time the club has spent trying to sign Zetterer could have been focused elsewhere, especially with the transfer deadline just days away.
