Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored twice against Newcastle United at Elland Road on Monday night. His former coach Sean Dyche has had some words to say about him.
Calvert-Lewin thought he had scored the opener against the Magpies, but the goal was given to Jayden Bogle.
He scored another goal in the same game to help wrap up a 4-1 win. It was after the game that Leeds appealed the goal, which was subsequently given to the striker after review.
His form has once again caught the eye of Thomas Tuchel, who has called him up for the England squad.
The 29-year old has scored 19 goals in all competitions since joining, ranking him as one of the top English strikers in the league.

Before joining Leeds United, Dominic Calvert-Lewin played at Everton, where he played under Sean Dyche.
The striker has been a topic of discussion this week, which coincided with his callup.
Dyche wrote about Calvert-Lewin on his UWN newsletter, speaking about the England star’s time at Everton. He pointed out that it did not work for Calvert-Lewin because of his fitness.
“I obviously managed Dominic at Everton and there’s no doubt he’s an absolute handful on his day. He can run and work the channels, he’s very good in the air and his link-up play is probably a little underrated actually.
“We tried to give Dominic as much time as possible to get him truly match-fit but it never quite worked out. And when you’re not at 100% sharpness, it’s hard for anyone to make the difference at Premier League level, especially strikers.
“But you have to say he’s done very well at Leeds. He looks like he’s made to play for them. And you have to give a lot of credit for that to Daniel Farke, who’s got the team and his number nine purring at the minute. I’ve got a lot of time for Daniel as a person, he’s a very respectful guy. But he’s clearly a very good coach too and it’s great to see him getting the plaudits.”

Leeds have done a great job with Calvert-Lewin
Over the past year, many have given a lot of plaudits to Dominic Calvert-Lewin for choosing a move to Elland Road.
But it is really down to the relationship between the club and player. Kudos must be given to the 49ers and Daniel Farke for taking a risk, when many clubs chose not to sign him.
Leeds’ medical team have done very well to manage the striker, and kept him fit for him to play well.
He is in great form and is scoring goals, which is helping the team; the club must continue to keep him in top shape for continued success.
