Leeds United have had a difficult start to the season, and their schedule after the international break is even more difficult. This weekend, the Whites renew their rivalry with Manchester United.
Daniel Farke’s side have opened their campaign with fixtures against top sides in the league.
They faced Nottingham Forest, Brighton, Brentford, Crystal Palace and Newcastle United in their first five games. When they came back from the international break, they faced Arsenal.
So far, the club have only lost one game, which was the last match against the Gunners.
Up next for Farke’s men is Man United at Elland Road, a very highly anticipated clash for fans on either side.

Michael Carrick’s side are winless in their last five games and are coming off the back of a defeat midweek in the Champions League. Their last Premier League game ended in a draw with 10-man Spurs.
The red devils have been so bad that many pundits are tipping Leeds United as favourites for Sunday.
Troy Deeney has backed the Whites to win the game, and has said that they can easily make a statement up against Man United.
“If you’re Daniel Farke and this Leeds team, the team talk is very simple,” Deeney said on talkSPORT’s PL All Access podcast.
“Forget all the tactics, we’re going to run all over them, let’s see if they can keep up.
“But, I genuinely believe after this week’s chat, the team talk is that if you’re [Dominic] Calvert-Lewin, put it on him [Lisandro Martinez]. If he plays, let me run him. Let me get into his head; let’s get the crowd up, see if they can handle it.
“If you’re Leeds, you’re licking your lips. Just played Arsenal, one of the best teams in the world, ran them really close. Let’s make a statement against Man Utd.

Complacency could cost Leeds on Sunday
It is quite obvious that the Whites are the better side heading into the game.
Leeds are in form and have had the better results to start this season. Their record at Elland Road also makes it difficult for anyone to back Michael Carrick’s side after their recent resutls.
But if Farke’s men do make the mistake of being complacent, the result could surprise them.
Man United are in poor form and failed to win their last two games against teams that finished the match with 10 men but they are a solid side. They have quality players capable of winning games and Leeds should be aware of that.
