Leeds United will host Newcastle United at Elland Road on Monday night in a big Premier League clash under the lights, and Daniel Farke has a big call to make.
The Whites suffered a 6-3 hammering at Chelsea on Wednesday night to crash out of the EFL Cup. However, they are unbeaten in their opening three league games of the season.
Leeds have looked resilient and solid at the back, and have drawn two of their three opening games. But the side are still lacking in creativity and cutting edge in the final third.
The Whites worked on adding more creativity in their squad in the summer window, and it’s time Daniel Farke bites the bullet and plays the necessary men to unleash more goals.

Daniel Farke must axe his favourite to unleash a new signing from the start
Harry Wilson’s career is yet to take off at Leeds since his much-hyped arrival on a free transfer in the summer. He started the first league game but was used from the bench in the next two.
Brenden Aaronson has been favoured over the former Fulham man, and while the American ended his 25-game drought with a goal against Chelsea on Wednesday, his numbers in the final third remain atrocious.
He is not creating enough chances or scoring to justify being one of the attacking midfielders in the starting eleven, and it’s time Farke bites the bullet.
The Leeds boss has to make the big decision of dropping Aaronson to the bench and starting Wilson against Newcastle at Elland Road on Monday night.
Wilson is still adapting to a new club, but his performances at Fulham last season showed that he can be a creative machine if persisted with.
He will add that sense of unpredictability to the Leeds attack that is too heavily focused on Calvert-Lewin, and Leeds need more solutions in the final third.
Wislon was brought in to make a difference in the final third, and it’s time Farke trusts the Welshman to get his form going at Elland Road this season.

Leeds need more goal threats in the final third
The Whites made a deliberate choice not to sign a striker in the summer, which means they remain heavily dependent on Dominic Calvert-Lewin to score the goals.
However, Harry Wilson can carry some of that load, and for that he needs to start regularly rather than being an option from the bench for Leeds.
There is enough evidence to suggest that Brenden Aaronson will never be that player who suddenly adds more goals and assists to his game.
He has a role to play in the squad, but for Leeds to move to the next level, they need difference-makers like Wilson in the final third who can score and assist goals.
