Leeds United produced a poor performance in a 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace at Elland Road today, a game no one will want to remember.
After a scintillating 4-1 win over Newcastle United at home under the lights, expectations were high for Leeds ahead of their fixture against Palace today.
The visitors had conceded 11 goals and lost three of their opening Premier League games. But they were the only team to have the ball in the net at any point.
Thankfully for Leeds, VAR intervened and ruled the goal offside; it would have been an embarrassing result at home so soon after a memorable win.

Ex-Leeds United star reveals major concern after the Palace result
Leeds will go into the international break fifth on nine points, and it is hard to say that anyone expected this, even if the Palace result and performance were a major disappointment.
Ex-Leeds star Aidy White echoed the sentiment and insisted there are huge reasons to be positive about the team after what they have done this season.
However, he is wary of the run of fixtures Leeds will have to navigate when the players return after the international break next month.
Leeds will travel to London to take on reigning Premier League champions who handed Farke’s side a hammering at the Emirates Stadium last season.
Leeds will also host rivals Manchester United at home before taking on Sunderland after the break.
“I don’t think the period ahead is going to be the easiest”, White said on BBC Radio Leeds.
“Man U at home, Arsenal away before it and then Sunderland.
“It is not going to be the easiest stretch after the international break, but overall, we have got to be pleased about the start to the season.”

Farke will hope to avoid any injuries during the break
Leeds’ early season form means several of their players have been selected for international duty, with a few key stars expected to be in action in the next couple of weeks.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has grabbed headlines by returning to the England squad and is the only striker Thomas Tuchel has selected beyond Harry Kane.
Anton Stach has also returned to the Germany fold under new head coach Jurgen Klopp, but he will return early, as he is in the squad for only two of the four games.
Ethan Ampadu, Harry Wilson and Dan James will all play big roles for Wales while Gabriel Gudmundsson is a major player for Sweden.
