Former Manchester United players have had their say as their club prepares to face Leeds United this weekend. The away side are seen as the underdogs for the Premier League clash.
And they are justified to point that out given how well Leeds have played this season.
Daniel Farke’s side have lost one game this season to Premier League holders Arsenal. Outside that, they have picked up wins against Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United.
Coming through a fixture list that also included games against Brentford, Brighton and Crystal Palace is impressive.
Manchester United on the other hand, have just one win in six games this season. Six points to start the campaign is not bad, but Michael Carrick’s side last won a league game in August.

Former Man United player Paul Parker is the latest to tip Leeds United to win on Sunday.
He thinks the Whites have been playing well and that form will carry them over the line when they face Michael Carrick’s side.
“Well, I’m looking at the Leeds game at the weekend. It’s going to be very, very difficult. The Leeds fans are going to be at them. The performance and the result against Atletico Madrid could carry through into the weekend. If it’s not a right performance and the right result, Leeds will bounce off the back of that.” Parker said, as quoted by the YEP.
“This is Leeds’ big game. This is the one game. They win this game, given their performance at the Emirates, those Leeds fans are going to be buzzing.
He then went on to criticize Manchester United and the players, saying that no one wants to work hard.
“But I have to say, at this moment, which team would Manchester United want to play in this league at the moment, given their current form?
“There are not enough people who want to run. You can’t play football standing still. It doesn’t matter how good a quality you possess, you have to work hard, and before you can earn the right then to play the way you want to play and should be playing, to give you the desired result you want to achieve. And they haven’t got that at this moment in time.”

Sunday will be decided by the players
Former Man United player Paul Parker is right, when a team is in poor form, it is mainly the job of the players to get the team out of it.
Michael Carrick’s side have been poor on the pitch, their play has been lethargic and they have failed to win matches they were expected to win. This is in sharp contrast to Leeds, who are getting results against the run of play.
On Sunday, it is simple; the set of players which shows up on the day will get the points.
Leeds are the favourites, but any complacency could see them fail to win, which should be unacceptable for Daniel Farke.
