The future of Daniel Farke remains unsolved at Elland Road; the Leeds United boss continues to be in charge of the club. The Whites have had a very promising start to the season.
But questions over his stay at the club have remained since the summer.
Farke has turned down or avoided questions over his future during press conferences. Recently, Leeds chief Paraag Marathe and club managing director Robbie Evans have hinted that talks remain positive.
2027 will also see Ilia Gruev and Lukas Nmecha out of contract.
There has been nothig on Gruev this season, but Nmecha is said to be in talks over a new contract.
TEAMtalk have provided an update on Nmecha’s future; the striker and Leeds are still yet to reach an agreement over his future. Per the report, the 27-year old wants certain terms before he signs a new deal.
These terms are mainly based on guaranteed playing time in the first team.

Lukas Nmecha could leave in 2027
Per the report from TEAMtalk, an exit in 2027 is on the cards for Nmecha if a deal is not agreed.
His agent is said to be looking at potential destinations ahead of next summer, when his contract expires.
The striker has been a solid backup ever since he arrived at Elland Road; he was among the club’s top scorers in all competitions last season. He has already provided a goal contribution this campaign.
Nmecha has been a valuable option off the bench and has been good in games he has started.
Losing him in 2027 would completely change the 49ers’ transfer plans. It will be interesting to see what the club does when the transfer window comes around.
