Daniel Farke will no doubt have an eye on January’s transfer window looking at recent results. Leeds United have a few issues to sort out in the first team.
The 49ers did a great job addressing concerns in some areas of the squad. Adding James Trafford, Nico Elvedi and Tarik Muharemovic has done the trick; Leeds have a solid backline that can keep opponents at bay, and Trafford continues to prove he is one of the best signings of the season.
His game against Sunderland won him a lot of plaudits as he saved a lot of big chances from the opponents.
Leeds sit in the middle of the Premier League table with 11 points from eight games. It is a decent start to the season, and they would have killed to have a start like this last year.

Things are going well, the club seem to be in a good place and the team continues to get results against better sides.
The January window is coming up and there are reports that Leeds United will be active there.
But club chief Robbie Evans pointed out that the ownership prefer not to shop in January and will only dip into the market in case of emergency.
Africa Foot are reporting that Leeds target Issouf Sissokho is now a target for La Liga side Levante. The Spanish club believe that they can sign the midfielder for just around £2million.
Levante have made direct contact with Sissokho’s agent as they plan a January swoop.
They have made contact to sign him which could disrupt the plans of Leeds and Sporting Braga, two clubs keen on the 24-year old.

What does this mean for the Whites?
There is no confirmation that Leeds have made an approach to sign Issouf Sissokho , but if the Whites are making an approach then it points to one thing.
Ilia Gruev is out of contract next summer and there seems to be no news of him getting a new deal. Sean Longstaff has also lost his place in the team and has barely played since early this year.
One of the two could push for a move in the coming months, which explains why Sissokho is on Leeds’ radar.
But for now, the club’s results until the end of the year will determine what happens when the winter window comes around.
