The Premier League have made their refereeing appointment for the Leeds United vs Brighton game on Saturday. Daniel Farke’s side will be hoping to continue their unbeaten start to the season.
Brighton started the season on a high note with a huge win over Aston Villa, but lost to Chelsea last week.
But Fabian Hurzeler’s side will have the advantage of playing at home this weekend, where they have not lost to Leeds in over a decade. Last season, the Whites took four points off Brighton.
They took a draw at the AmEx stadium, and won their final home game of the season at Elland Road.
Hurzeler will be without up to five players this weekend, with Mats Weiffer the latest on the injury list.

Leeds United will also be without Joe Rodon, who is out with a hamstring injury. Daniel Farke confirmed that the team will be without the centre back for the next eight to ten weeks.
The Whites will have the added boost of both deadline signings Melvin Bard and Jean-Matteo Bahoya being available for Saturday.
The Premier League have announced that Stuart Attwell will take charge of the game between Brighton and Leeds. Attwell will not be a name that Leeds fans will be pleased with after what happened in March.
He was the referee in charge when the Whites lost 1-0 to Sunderland at Elland Road.
Stuart Attwell failed to award a penalty after Luke O’Nien grabbed Pascal Struijk by the neck. The Key Match Incidents Panel later confirmed it as a VAR and refereeing error.
Attwell has been in charge of 25 Leeds games, with the Whites winning 12 of them.

Whites will be hoping for less refereeing drama this season
Last season, Leeds United suffered at the hands of some horrible officiating outside the Sunderland game.
The Whites had Gabriel Gudmundsson sent off after two yellow cards against Crystal Palace – a decision that was later admitted to be an error, and many missed calls and penalties.
Teams also got away with routinely wasting time with goalkeeper timeouts, something the Premier League will crack down on this year.
Farke complained a lot about the refereeing that went against Leeds last year. Fans will also be hoping that this season will be much better when it comes to the officiating in the league.
