After the draw against Sunderland last weekend, Leeds star Jaka Bijol mentioned mentality as the reason why the team cannot seem to turn draws into wins.

And this has happened in the last few games; out of the Whites’ last four matches, three have been draws.

A goalless draw at Elland Road against Crstal Palace frustrated the Elland Road crowd, and failing to beat Manchester United just weeks later worsened the situation. Man believe the Whites are lucky to have escaped the Stadium of Light with one point.

This Leeds team lacks a cutting edge in attack and that could cost them in their upcoming games.

Daiel Farke’s men have only managed to score two goals in their last four matches in all competitions. But fans will also be pleased that the team has started off this campaign with 11 points from eight games so far.

Up next for the Whites is a tough clash up against Bournemouth.

Leeds United’s schedule over the last month has not been easy; facing Arsenal, Manchester United, Sunderland and now Bournemouth is a real test of character. Farke’s side have show that the are not easy to beat in these games, and the results show it.

The have lost just one game in the league all season; to Premier League holders Arsenal.

One would expect a tightly-contested affair away to Bournemouth in the next few days, but predictions from Supercomputer models seem to be giving the Cherries the upper hand.

Footyntel gives Bournemouth a 40% chance of a win, while giving Leeds just 34%, a draw has a 27% chance. Sports Mole‘s data analysis predicts that the home side have a 54.4% chance of winning this weekend, with the Whites having just a 19.08% chance.

XG Edge also gives Bournemouth a 51% chance, with Leeds having 21%.

Bournemouth will be a tough opponent

Leeds fans should be used to the schedule thrown at them in recent months. There is no ‘easy’ game in the Premier League.

The Cherries have lost just one game at home since the season started, to Adoni Iraola’s Liverpool side. They have won four home games in all competitions, drawing just two of them, which means Leeds have their work cut out for them.

Bournemouth also easily dispatched Manchester United this past weekend, a team Leeds struggled to beat.

All signs point to the Cherries walking over Daniel Farke’s side, but the Whites have shown resilience ever since winning promotion. They will not go down so easily this weekend.
