Leeds United have done well this summer to bring in three top-quality players in Harry Wilson, Tarik Muharemovic and James Trafford to strengthen their squad.
The Whites moved early in the window to snap up Harry Wilson on a free transfer amid interest from several other Premier League and European clubs.
Leeds also splashed out £34m to sign Tarik Muharemovic from Sassuolo last month, and it emerged that the defender had several other offers on his table.
The Whites broke their transfer record by spending £45m to sign England goalkeeper James Trafford from Manchester City. With that major deal now completed, the club’s attention has turned to trimming the squad and moving on players who are no longer part of the plans.

Wrexham eye move for Leeds United attacker
The Welsh outfit missed out on the playoff spots by a whisker last season, and are determined to be in the promotion conversation again this year.
Wrexham are once again looking to add proven Championship experience to their squad this summer after narrowly missing out on a top-six finish in the 2025/26 season.
According to The Daily Mail, Wrexham are interested in signing Leeds United attacker Joe Gelhardt during the current transfer window.
Gelhardt scored 14 goals last season and played a key role in Hull’s promotion to the Premier League.
The Tigers have been linked with a move to take him back to the MKM Stadium. However, the club have other priorities in the market at the moment.
Wrexham want Gelhardt in their team next season to play a similar role and help them secure promotion to the Premier League.
The club with Hollywood owners are prepared to offer Leeds a deal worth around £4.5m for the forward this summer.
Joe Gelhardt will be perfect for Wrexham
Joe Gelhardt proved his worth at Hull last season. However, it seems he is not the priority for the Tigers before the end of the transfer window.
The forward may need to accept an offer to play in the Championship again, and Wrexham are the kind of club where he would fit right in.
They have ambitious owners who want Wrexham in the Premier League, and Gelhardt showed last season that he can be the main man at a club with ambition.
Leeds also need to sell him as he has no future at Elland Road under Daniel Farke, and finding a solution for him before the window closes should be a priority.
Not enough, maybe not a fit at Leeds, and a change will probably suit, but don’t let him go on the cheap! 🙈
