Leeds United have made a solid start to the season, earning five points from their opening three league games while reaching the third round of the EFL Cup.

But the 49ers are set to fast-track a new deal for the Leeds manager, and according to Football Insider, talks will take place between the two parties in the next few weeks.
The Leeds ownership want to sit down with Farke during the international break later this month and discuss a new deal with him and his representatives.
They do not want to delay any further and want to finalise terms of a new contract with Farke as soon as possible.
Farke has done a brilliant job at Leeds since taking charge in 2023, and the club want to reward his performances with an improved new deal in the coming weeks.
There is now a feeling it is only a matter of time before Farke signs on the dotted line of a fresh contract.

Farke’s burgeoning reputation means Leeds can’t afford to delay the new deal anymore

It would hardly be surprising if bigger clubs with greater financial muscle started showing interest in Farke, particularly if Leeds fail to tie him down to a new contract in the near future.
The 49ers cannot allow this situation to fester any longer and must sort out a new contract for the manager as soon as possible.
