Brighton captain Lewis Dunk spoke about what happened in the Leeds United game on Saturday. The result saw Daniel Farke’s men continue their unbeaten start to the season.
The away side caught the Seagulls off guard, scoring the opener in the 15th minute.
Leeds the managed to hold their own and stayed in the game until the half time break. The second half saw a complete shift in approach, after Farke took off Jayden Bogle and Noah Okafor 16 minutes into the second half.
From then on the team sat back and absorbed the pressure from the home side.
Brighton eventually equalized after 70 minutes, and the goal turned the game in their favour. Leeds stood firm and saw out the result, taking a point on the road ahead of their next game.

The game was a really physical battle between Leeds United and Brighton.
Throughout the game, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lewis Dunk as well as Luka Vuskovic tussled for every ball. The striker appeared to elbow Vuskovic in the first half and escaped a card.
He did get booked when he caught Yasin Ayari in the 64th minute.
After the game Dunk spoke about the battle with Calvert-Lewin, and praised the striker for his performance on Saturday.
“It’s a good battle out there I’m glad Luka got the elbow, not me,” he told Sussex World.
“You know what you’re coming up against when you’re coming up against Calvert-Lewin.
“He’s physical, his timing of his jumps is incredible. He’s always looking to hurt you in behind.
“I thought we dealt with him well today.”

Leeds should have signed a striker this summer
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has had a very positive start to the season; he looks so sharp and has been a very good player so far.
Lukas Nmecha has also shown his quality off the bench this campaign, already recording an assist in the Premier League against Brentford.
But it seems like the team have lacked a solid threat off the bench in these games.
Leeds could have done with an option to bring on for Calvert-Lewin in matches where Farke’s side were desperate for a goal. Being able to bring on Dan James and Harry Wilson is great, but neither of them are goalscorers.
The 49ers should have pulled the trigger on a striker this summer.
