Leeds United are away to Arsenal this weekend as club football resumes. Having gone into the break in great forms, fans will be expecting a lot from Daniel Farke’s side.
However, in the last few days both teams have gotten injury doubts ahead of the game.
Arsenal have a few doubts after Kai Havertz, Martin Odegaard and Declan Rice had knocks during the international break. Christos Tzolis also picked up a hamstring injury playing for Greece.
Mikel Arteta is yet to confirm the availability of some key players in the squad.
The Gunners will be keen to get back into winning ways after their shock defeat to Brighton before the break. The last time both teams met, Leeds were comfortably beaten at Elland Road losing by four goals.

Leeds United have also had their problems before the break, with Harry Wilson picking up an injury.
Just this week, it was confirmed that Jean-Matteo Bahoya picked up an ankle injury on duty for the France U21s. Farke confirmed team news ahead of Saturday’s away game.
He confirmed that Dan James will be out with a back injury, and gave updates on Bahoya, Wilson and Rodon.
“Joe Rodon is on his way back, in his rehab, good progress. Dan James will miss the Arsenal back, came back with a back injury, Jean-Matteo came back with an ankle sprain but he looks better, is a chance. Harry Wilson is back in team training since Tuesday, a chance for him.”
Despite all this, Farke will be pleased that most of his key players returned from the international break without injuries.

Huge blow for Dan James
It is unfortunate for James, who played well for Wales during the international break. The winger even got a goal, which would have boosted his confidence.
This season has not been a great one for Dan James despite him surpassing his goal tally from last year.
He was already finding it difficult to get back into Farke’s good books. Playing in the attack is an awkward fit, which lead the Leeds boss to try the Welsh winger as a wingback in recent games.
James can still be a huge contributor for this team when fit, and now this injury could be a huge setback.
