Leeds United have discovered their full Premier League fixture list this morning, with the release of the 2026-27 schedule providing the first real glimpse of what lies ahead next season.
After securing survival comfortably last term, attention has already turned to what comes next for Daniel Farke’s side. The challenge now is not simply staying in the division, but building on the foundations laid during their first season back in the top flight.
As ever, supporters will immediately scan the fixture list for the standout dates. The opening few weeks, the packed Christmas and New Year schedule, key clashes against rivals and the final run-in are all likely to come under the microscope as fans begin plotting the road ahead.
Leeds United will face X in the opening weekend
Leeds will open their campaign with a game against Nottingham Forest at City Ground in the opening weekend, which is likely to be an exciting start to the campaign.
Their first home game of the season will be the following weekend when Leeds host Brentford at Elland Road.
Leeds’ first big game of the season against hate rivals Manchester United will be at Elland Road in October, before travelling to Old Trafford in May.

They are scheduled to be away from home on Boxing Day, when they will travel to the Midlands to take on Aston Villa, before hosting Everton at Elland Road in their first game of 2027.
Leeds will take on Ipswich, Arsenal, Manchester United, Sunderland and Crystal Palace in the final five games of the season.
A good start to the season will be key
Nottingham Forest had a solid end to the campaign to survive in the Premier League. But they were more or less at a similar level to Leeds.
An away trip on the opening day will be tough, but there is no reason to believe Leeds cannot get something from their game at the City Ground.
They were a tough side to beat last season, and getting a point at the City Ground on the opening day will be a solid start to the campaign, especially if they back it up with a win against Brentford at home.
A good start to the season will be essential for Leeds to ensure they are not in the conversation for relegation early in the campaign.
Daniel Farke will hope to have an improved squad at the start of the campaign to get the team off to a good start.
