Ahead of Saturday’s kick off, Leeds United have issued a plea to fans concerning their behaviour. The Whites are away to Brighton at the AmEx Stadium.
The last game between both teams at the stadium ended in a tie.
But last season, Daniel Farke’s men got the better of Brighton, as they took four points off them.
Saturday’s game will be a huge chance for Leeds to break their duck away to Fabian Hurzeler’s side. The club have failed to win a game away to the Seagulls for over a decade.
They are fortunate to be on an incredible run to start this season, and will hope their momentum can carry them over the line.

Hours before kickoff at Brighton, Leeds United have issued a statement to the travelling support.
In it, they have reminded fans against the use of discriminatory language and have urged them to report it when they see it in the stadium. This is not the first time such a plea has been made.
Last season, the club was criticized for how the home fans behaved in the clash against Manchester City at Elland Road.

An excerpt of the statement on the club’s socials read.
”Ahead of today’s fixture with Brighton & Hove Albion at the American Express Community Stadium, Leeds United would like to remind supporters that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of any homophobic or discriminatory language, chanting, abuse or gestures and condemn this behaviour.”
”Following an incident of discrimination in March 2023, in our Premier League fixture at Elland Road, the club was fined £150,000 and provided with an FA Action Plan to help improve supporter behaviour moving forwards and try to prevent recurrences.”

Good news to look forward to on the road
Leeds will be facing an injury-hit Brighton side on Saturday, with Hurzeler confirming around five first team players out.
Daniel Farke’s side will have almost all of his players available outside Joe Rodon, who just got injured and Ilia Gruev who just returned to training.
The Whites have had an unbeaten start to the season, while Brighton lost their last game.
Farke could give minutes to some of the new signings the club made on deadline day. The Leeds boss mentioned that Melvin Bard and Jean-Matteo Bahoya could be in contention to play.
Fans should be optimistic of what could happen on the pitch.
