Leeds United will have a big say on who gets relegated from the Premier League this weekend. The Whites face West Ham on the final day of the season.
This relegation battle has become a straight shootout between the Hammers and Spurs. Roberto De Zerbi’s side remain two points above their rivals after failing to get a result midweek.
Leeds also held the London side to a draw at home last week, stunting their efforts to survive.
They will now go away to the London Stadium on the final day of the season, with the home side desperate for three points.
West Ham boss opens up on Leeds United clash
Nuno has already faced Daniel Farke twice this season, and has failed to beat him both times. The last time these two sides met was in the FA Cup, and Leeds United won the game on penalties.
If West Ham fail to win on Sunday, they are out of the Premier League. Nuno has been speaking to the media, saying that it could be one of the most important games in his career.
“Probably, yes. A tough one. Leeds did a very good season. They have quality players who require the best of us.” he told the BBC.
Hammers fans have turned their back on the team in recent weeks, even booing them after their loss to Newcastle. Nuno has asked them to back the team for one more game on Sunday.
“Be there from the first minute, and then it is up to us so that the support continues. I don’t expect many surprises. I expect a tough team from Leeds. I have known Daniel [Farke] for some time now – he will prepare the Leeds players the best that he can. We expect a tough, tough match. ”

Leeds have their own plans on Sunday
Daniel Farke said in Friday’s press conference that the team aims to get a result and continue their unbeaten streak.
Even though the Whites could be without six first team players, there is confidence that they can get a result on the road. Farke’s men have not lost an away game in the league since January.
The players will be motivated to get something for the travelling support, after they signed off at Elland Road in style with a win over Brighton.
It will not be an easy game, as West Ham have everything to lose.
