Leeds United are keen on adding a few players before the transfer deadline. The Whites have made just four signings to the first team so far.
Some fans are concerned about the lack of reinforcements of some areas in the team.
Leeds got their season off to a fantastic start with a win on the road against Nottingham Forest. Anton Stach’s late winner gave the travelling fans something to cheer about.
Since Nico Elvedi joined the club, the Whites have been pursuing two key transfers.
Sky sources provide update on Leeds United move
Leeds United have recently tried to sign Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk on a loan deal this season.
However, the Blues have ended talks after rejecting the initial loan offer on Friday. Things are complicated now, but Ben Jacobs admitted the door is still open for the deal to be revived.
But the Whites will need to improve their offer.
The club have also been pursuing a new goalkeeper, with Eintracht Frankfurt stopper Michael Zetterer their man target.
The Athletic revealed that Leeds had reached an agreement ‘in principle’ to sign the keeper. Since that news broke, the deal has been denied by the player’s agent as well as club sources.

Sky reporter Florian Plettenburg has provided the latest update on a move.
According to him, there has been no agreement reached between Leeds and Zetterer or Frankfurt. It is believed that Daniel Farke’s side want him to join as backup goalkeeper, but he has his own plans.
The 31-year old is not pushing for a move, and wants to stay and fight for his place at Frankfurt.
Plettenburg adds that Leeds’ offer is lower than his current salary in Germany, which could be playing a part in the move.

49ers need to move on to another target
The club prided themselves on signing players that wanted to join the project last year.
And it worked as Leeds managed to sign some top quality players that came in and contributed immediately.
Per this update, Michael Zetterer is not keen on a move and is happy to stay in Germany. Which means that the club will have to do a lot of persuading to bring him in as the second keeper.
He clearly has ambition to be a first choice, making a move to become Trafford’s deputy at Elland Road unlikely.
So Leeds need to move on to another target, who is open to moving and being a backup goalkeeper like Karl Darlow was when he signed.
