Leeds United made a brilliant start to the new season with a 1-0 win away at Nottingham Forest on Saturday, but there is still plenty for the club to get done in the transfer market.
With just a week remaining before the window closes, the Whites are running out of time to address several key areas ahead of the September 1 deadline.
A new striker remains high on the list of priorities, while Daniel Farke is also keen to add a left-sided forward who can give Leeds more options and a different threat in attack.
The club also need to get rid of some deadwood and players who have no long-term future at Elland Road before the window closes on September 1.

Leeds United have three key priorities before the window closes
Chelsea have turned down two loan offers from Leeds for Mykhailo Mudryk, who is very keen on a move to Elland Road before the end of the window.
Leeds have not given up on signing the Ukrainian winger, but he is unlikely to be one of their biggest priorities if the money and the deal do not make sense.
The Whites have other areas of the squad they need to fill before the end of the transfer window, which is more important than signing a left-sided forward.
Leeds need a backup goalkeeper before the window closes. Lucas Perri wants to leave, and Alex Cairns is not good enough to be the number 2 behind James Trafford.
A move to sign Eintracht Frankfurt goalkeeper Michael Zetterer seems to have fallen through after he returned to Germany following a trip to Leeds over the weekend.
The Whites are yet to sign a striker who is not only good enough to play alongside Dominic Calvert-Lewin, but also to play in his place in the starting eleven if and when needed.
One of their striker targets, Liam Delap, is close to finalising a move to Nottingham Forest this week.
Leeds also need a backup left-back as Gabriel Gudmundsson’s fitness is a concern and they do not have a natural replacement for the Swede.

The Whites need to move on at least two players
Daniel Farke has confirmed that Largie Ramazani is not in his plans and won’t play for Leeds this season. However, the club are yet to find a solution.
Valencia remain keen to sign him before the end of the transfer window. However, the Spanish club would prefer to sign him on loan or force Leeds to sell him for a cut-price fee.
Leeds need to move Ramazani on as Farke has made his intentions clear, and they may have to accept that they won’t get the terms they want for his departure.
The Yorkshire giants also need to finalise Lucas Perri’s departure. Torino hope to work out the final agreement to sign the goalkeeper on loan with an option to buy this week.
