The Premier League will resume in the next week after an extremely long international break. Leeds United will be in good spirits as they went into the window without a defeat.
Daniel Farke’s men have started the season so well, going unbeaten in all games.
What makes this feat even more impressive is that the results have come against Brighton, Brentford and Newcastle United. Leeds have not had an easy schedule to start the year, but they have managed it well.
Their defeat to Chelsea in the League Cup was very disappointing.
Some fans were not happy with the goalless draw at Elland Road before the international break.

In a game where Leeds United really did not play well, they still did enough to win the games.
But players fluffed their lines, and after a goal was disallowed for the away side, some would argue that Daniel Farke’s team got lucky.
The Premier League Key Match Incidents Panel have reviewed three key decisions in the 0-0 draw against Palace. Tyrick Mitchell had his goal ruled out as Anan Khalaili was millimetres offside in the building.
The panel voted 5:0 that VAR rightly overturned the ‘incorrect’ initial decision.
There was also a shout for a penalty by the home side as it looked like Mitchell handled the ball in his own box. Replays showed that his arm was by his body and the KMI Panel voted 5:0 that referee Adam Herczeg was correct not to give a penalty and VAR was right to support his decision.
Crystal Palace also had a penalty shout as Ethan Ampadu brought down Kamada in the box.
The referee waved it on and there was no penalty given. The panel voted 5:0. In their findings they wrote: “The referee’s call of no penalty was supported with Ampadu winning the ball.”

Result complicates Leeds’ upcoming schedule
The Whites could have won the game but a draw was probably a fair result.
However, after the break thigs will get really complicated. Leeds have Arsenal, Manchester United, Bournemouth and Sunderland. A much more difficult run of games than the start to the season.
Which means that taking three points from Palace was crucial.
The team now have to make sure they can get a good result in each of the next four games if they want to maintain their current position.
