At the start of the new season, everyone at Spurs would have killed to be in Leeds United’s position.
The Whites came out of the gate flying, going unbeaten in their first few games. They pulled off incredible wins over Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United.
Spurs back then were poor and started the season on a horrible note. Roberto De Zerbi’s side had only two points after four games. The Italian boss proudly spoke about the journey to where the team are now.
“Now we are building something special. The atmosphere in the dressing room, we are building a clear style of play. The players are playing much better than in the beginning because you can win the games just with the individual qualities of the players.”
Tottenham have won three straight league games.

Spurs will also be without three players, as De Zerbi ruled out Savinho, Bergvall and Mudryk. Defender Tosin Adarabioyo is available after he returned to training with the Spurs first team this week.

Daniel Farke’s side are in dire need of something, with a win the priority. Many have said that the German needs to change his tactics.
