Leeds United clinched another season in the top flight, and the club can now focus on their preparations for next year. It is very important for the 49ers to improve on what happened last season.
The Whites survived relegation in the final weeks of the season. But before then, they were not really in the relegation scrap. This is because of how well they recruited last summer.
The team were able to sign so many players that came in and improved the lineup.
Going into next season, the 49ers have the duty to keep signing players to improve the first team. Daniel Farke has made this clear in his recent press conferences at the tail end of the season.
5 relegated stars Leeds United must target this summer
Sometimes the most affordable options for recently promoted teams is shopping from relegated sides.
Since they are going down, they will be forced to let go of some players for different reasons. Some will be to generate funds, and others will be because the player does not want to play in a lower division.
Wolves, Burnley and West Ham were relegated this year, and looking at those teams, Leeds United can get some great bargain options.

Crysencio Summerville
This week, the Hammers star has been linked with a shock move back to Elland Road.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side were one of the worst teams last season, but Summerville was productive.
His price tag may be on the high side, but if Leeds get him back he would be a huge addition.
Zian Flemming
Leeds could be in the market for a new center forward ahead of next season.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s 15 goals have been a big part of why the team stayed up this season.
The priority next year will be finding a player who can step in for the England star. Flemming scored 11 goals in limited games last season and will be a good fit.
Ladislav Krejci
Reports at the tail end of last season suggested that the Whites had some interest in the Wolves centerback.
Krejci is a solid defender with ball playing abilities, and can play on the left side on the defence.
Last season saw Leeds have to resort to playing James Justin at the back, and the Wolves star would be an upgrade.
Mads Hermansen
Leeds United could lose Karl Darlow, Alex Cairns and Illan Meslier next month, leaving Lucas Perri as the only first choice keeper under contract.
This means the club will be in the market for a new stopper, and West Ham’s Hermansen could be a great fit.
Mateus Mane
Mateus Mane would be one of Wolves’ most expensive assets this summer.
He already has clubs like Manchester United and Liverpool.
A young attacker who can play on both flanks could be a useful addition to the team.
