Leeds United boss Daniel Farke mentioned that the club may dip into the January market after what happened this week. The 49ers helped bring two more deals across the line on deadline day.
Farke’s side were able to secure depth at left back, and the winger that was needed after Wilfried Gnonto move.
Leeds added James Trafford, Nico Elvedi, Tarik Muharemovic and Harry Wilson in the same window, as well as landing backup goalkeeper Michael Zetterer.
The key to this summer window was improving upon the squad that finished in 14th place in the Premier League. The business done points to the fact that it has been achieved.
But there are still concerns over missing out on a striker.

The next transfer window is January, where the club have tried their best to avoid in recent seasons.
Beren Cross mentioned in The Athletic that club sources seem to be happy with the business done in the summer. They see no positions in the team that need to be addressed and will only act in a difficult injury situation.
And as of Thursday afternoon, Daniel Farke has confirmed that Joe Rodon will be out for eight to ten weeks.
When speaking about the defender’s injury, the Leeds boss pointed out that it could require the team to dip into the winter market.
”Put more pressure on us to get a wing-back, we may need James Justin at centre-back. Important Joe comes back as quick as possible. Need a bit of luck but we also have January window to react if necessary.”
With how fragile hamstring injuries are, it may be a while before Rodon returns to action. Farke has said Rodon could be unavailable until after the next international break.

Why do Leeds need to sign another wing-back?
With Rodon out, the immediate replacement will be Nico Elvedi based on recent starting lineups.
But that leaves a hole on the bench, with no natural centre backs available. Daniel Farke is also a big fan of using James Justin in the back three, which would mean Jayden Bogle will not have a permanent deputy.
On the left, Gabriel Gudmundsson and Melvin Bard are available.
And on the right will be Bogle and Justin, but if any other centre back gets injured, Justin will need to fill in. So signing another wing back who can play on the right takes pressure of Justin and gives an extra body at centre back.
