Leeds United hammered Newcastle United 4-1 at Elland Road tonight under the lights, but an usual suspect found a reason to moan about a Whites star.
The Whites were on fire in the first-half, and scored three goals in the Premier League for the first time at Elland Road before the break in more than 25 years.
Ao Tanaka’s deflected shot opened the scoring for Leeds before Jayden Bogle and Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored two goals before the break to make it 3-0.
Noah Okafor added a fourth just before the hour mark, before Newcastle scored a consolation goal in injury time to make it a 4-1 result at Elland Road.

Don Goodman finds a reason to pick on a Leeds United star despite the big win
Leeds controlled the game for long spells, although Newcastle managed to pose a threat on the counter-attack on a couple of occasions before the break.
Sky Sports commentator Don Goodman has insisted that Leeds goalkeeper James Trafford got lucky and was saved by the offside flag despite committing an obvious error.
He was not overly impressed by the Leeds goalkeeper’s performance in the first half.
Goodman said on Sky Sports: “Three times now tonight he’s got away with it, James Trafford.
“Twice in the first half he was caught out by Wissa, and again there he completely misjudged the ball.
“The offside flag has saved him, but I’m not even sure he was offside.
“It’s a huge sigh of relief for the Leeds United goalkeeper, and not for the first time tonight.
“I think Leeds United and James Trafford have got away with one there.”
James Trafford remains key to Leeds’ success
James Trafford’s ability on the ball and his willingness to sweep up behind the defence has made a huge difference to Leeds’ play this season.
The defenders can play a high line knowing that the goalkeeper is willing to come outside the box and deal with stray balls over the top.
It has allowed the whole team to move up a few yards, squeeze up the pitch and sustain pressure in the final third. It could look risky at times but Trafford has made a huge difference.
