Newcastle will visit Elland Road to face Leeds United on Monday night in the Premier League. And ahead of the game, one Leeds star has spoken about their opponents.
Matthias Jassle’s side are unbeaten in the league this season.
And they have managed to score two goals in every game they have played, including the matches against Bournemouth and Liverpool.
Leeds have also gone without a loss in the league, and will be hoping to continue their great start to the season. Monday night will also give Daniel Farke’s men the chance to bounce back following their defeat to Chelsea.
Farke will be excited to have a close to full strength team ahead of the game at Elland Road.

Leeds United held Newcastle to a goalless draw at Elland Road last season, and a repeat of that would be acceptable on Monday night.
Going into the game, Brenden Aaronson has spoken about the Magpies, and how Matthias Jassle will set his side up to play. Aaronson played under the German at Salzburg and has anticipated how the game will go.
“I have played under their coach before at Salzburg so I know the way that they are going to play, with a lot of intensity and a lot of high pressing because they want to play forward. It is going to be a very physical game.” he told the LUFC website.
“I think he is very similar to Daniel in the sense of wanting to be on the front foot, wanting the whole team to be working extremely hard against the ball and with the ball. I had a great season in Salzburg under him and I enjoyed it. There are definitely a lot of similarities between them.”
Brenden Aaronson continues to be an important player
The midfielder has been widely criticized since the first game he wore a Leeds United shirt. He came in as a big money signing with heavy expectations, but things did not really pan out.
Aaronson has since been used across many roles in the first team and has been trusted by Daniel Farke.
With his new contract, the midfielder’s importance in this side has been highlighted; he will be a key part of the club going forward.
Last season, Brenden Aaronson managed to provide nine goal involvements in the Premier League. And was called upon in key games for his work rate and pressing; he will continue to be a major part in this side under Farke.
