Leeds United have a big game this weekend against Manchester United. The match now has huge stakes following the results from last weekend.
Both managers are under a bit of pressure following their games this past weekend.
Leeds lost to Arsenal despite taking the lead, and Manchester United failed to beat Tottenham who were down to 10 men in the second half. Now both teams will be looking for a result next Sunday.
Elland Road will be the stage, a place where Daniel Farke’s side remain unbeaten in this campaign.
The last meeting between both sides at the stadium ended in a draw.
Ex-White’s verdict puts Leeds United captain over Bruno Fernandes

This weekend will see two of the league’s best midfielders meet as Ethan Ampadu lines up against Bruno Fernandes.
Ahead of the game, former Leeds United man Matthew Kilgallon has compared the two players. Kilgallon, speaking to GOAL, believes that Ampadu is a much better influence to his team as a captain.
“…I look at Fernandes as a captain, I think, what a player. I really do. You can’t get away from it because he’s top. But I tell you what, he doesn’t half throw his arms up and roll on the floor if one of his team-mates do something wrong.
“And then you look at [Ethan] Ampadu for Leeds United who, as a captain, if he did play someone through and they missed, he’d be the first to go over to them, arm around them, ‘listen, don’t worry son, I’ll get the ball to you again and you’ll score’.
“Fernandes, he’s throwing his hands up in the air. It’s crazy. The fans see that. It’s just not a good look. But yeah, if you stop him, I think you do stop Man United at the minute.”

Whites will need to stop Bruno Fernandes on Sunday
Despite Manchester United’s poor start to the campaign, Bruno Fernandes remains key to their chances of winning.
The Portuguese midfielder has the most goals for the red devils and is tied for second in assists for the team in the league. He remains a threat that Daniel Farke’s side will need to stop this weekend.
Leeds must also fix up following the disappointing showing against Arsenal.
They gave away two cheap goals that cost them the game. If they repeat that performance at Elland Road, they might fall to a defeat.
