This summer saw a lot of Leeds United first team players leave to find a new environment. While some have gotten off to decent starts, others are really struggling at their new teams.
Leeds and Daniel Farke gave the green light for some players to leave in the recent window.
They were told that they were not in the plans, and some were given the option to stay but were not promised a lot of game time.
Max Wober, Largie Ramazani, Sebastiaan Bornauw and Wilfried Gnonto were among the names allowed to leave. Some managed to leave on permanent deals while others only got temporary moves.
And with all these players having left, the Whites have had a great start to this season.

Largie Ramazani scored and provided an assist in his last few games for Burnley, and Wilfried Gnonto scored his first goal for Fiorentina. Both players took the chance to get more first team minutes this season.
Lucas Perri also left Leeds United on loan to join Torino this summer.
But unlike Gnonto, the Brazilian has had a horrible start to the season. Perri has been in goal for three games and the Serie A side have lost two of them; the keeper has also failed to keep a clean sheet.
And after more than one error in his first three games, the media have hounded him in Turin.
Torino boss Ignazio Abate has come out to defend his first choice keeper ahead of Saturday’s game against Bologna.
“I’ve read things about him that I didn’t like,” Abate said (quotes by Toro News).
“The lad knows he has to ignore them, and I expect the same from him; I’m a tough one myself.
“Criticism is one thing, but these comments are quite another. Especially when they’re directed at a lad who’s arriving in a new environment, with new demands, and who hasn’t settled in yet… It’s not easy.
“It’s at times like these that I give my lads a hug; they deserve trust and encouragement.”

Lucas Perri’s loan has been off to a poor start
Abate has come out and publicly defender his new player, and Perri himself owned up to his mistakes after his first few games.
But right after admitting his errors, he was once again in the spotlight after the two goals he conceded against AS Roma.
Lucas Perri has not been great to start the season for his new side, and it is becoming a problem. Per reports, the Brazilian has been put on a special training sessions to help him improve.
This will have consequences on his loan spell, as Torino are not obliged to buy him next summer.
Seems the current Swiss manager could take a leaf out of Abates book on man management.
It’s sad Lucas did not have a time to remember at Leeds but I for one wish him well at his new club. Abate is right, constructive criticism is good but out right hurtful/harmful comments do no good for anyone and just goes to high lite how cruel the person/group is who are sending them out. If you can do better get yourself accepted and get on the pitch and prove it.
