talkSPORT’s Jason Cundy is the latest to have his say on the Leeds United vs Man United clash this weekend. The rivalry game will have a lot of anticipation as the Elland Road crowd awaits.
The last time these two sides met, Leeds were the victors as they recorded a historic win at Old Trafford.
This weekend, both teams have something to prove this early in the season. Michael Carrick will be desperate to get some points off the board after failing to beat 10-man Spurs this past weekend.
Daniel Farke’s men will also want to bounce back from their defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates.
Both teams are separated by just six points in the table, but this weekend’s visitors are not in form.

Things are getting very heated at Old Trafford, with reports this week that Antonio Conte is being lined up for the job. Michael Carrick will be desperate to get a win to extend his stay this weekend.
Jason Cundy has made a bold claim on talkSPORT that Manchester United will not win their next two games, including this weekend’s clash at Elland Road.
”…They got beaten at home by 10-man City. They got dumped out of the Carabao cup at home to Brighton; Brighton are a good side
”Then they go away at Fulham, last minute equalizer which they probably do not deserve. And then they were terrible this weekend; they conceded to 10 men.
”Their next games, this is where it gets very tricky. They have got Atleti away on Tuesday night, then they got Leeds away on Sunday afternoon, then they got Como away.
”Those three away games, I’ve got no faith that they’ll pick anything at Atleti, [at] Leeds? No chance.
”At the moment, with the evidence in front of me, I don’t see Man United getting anything out of those two games.”

Pressure will work in Leeds’ favour
Coming into the game, all of the pressure is on Manchester United. Starting the season with six points from six games is terrible for a team that is expected to finish in the top four.
The manner of results is what makes everything look worse.
Carrick’s side have just one win, and have picked up just one point in two games against teams that went down to 10 men.
All the pressure will be on the visitors, while Leeds will be in a more stable mood this season. The Whites will no doubt want to put on a show and win in front of the home crowd.
But the pressure on the United team and players may cause them to break when they visit Elland Road.
