Almost every player called up for the international break has departed Leeds United. The remaining players will be allowed breaks, but will mostly take part in training sessions with Farke at Thorp Arch.
This international break saw some first team stars rewarded for their impressive form.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is back in the England fold after missing his chance to go to the World Cup, and Jurgen Klopp has called up Anton Stach for Germany. Calvert-Lewin has four goals in seven games in all competitions.
And Anton Stach continues to be a key presence in the Leeds midfield.
Other players called up last week included Ao Tanaka, Jaka Bijol, Gabriel Gudmundsson and Tarik Muharemovic.
Leeds United trio set to feature in Nations League clash

Leeds United have had a strong contingent in the Welsh national team over the years. But this time around, Karl Darlow has joined Manchester United, however the club have one new player in the fold.
Craig Bellamy called up Jayden Lienou, Ethan Ampadu and Dan James for the Nations League game against Portugal.
Lienou has risen up the ranks from youth level and has quickly climed to the senior team. The left back is yet to make his debut, but could make an appearance on Thursday night.
Bellamy is really high on the Leeds star and believes that the teenager will be important for the future.
This is despite the former Manchester City youth talent not having played a single minute in the first team under Daniel Farke. But he did make the bench at the end of last season.

Dan James has a perfect opportunity to prove himself
Ethan Ampadu needs no introduction, having been a part of the core of the national team over the last few years.
Dan James is also a player that most Wales coaches have always preferred in the starting lineup. But his form over the last season has been concerning for club and country.
He barely played last season due to injury but has managed a goal and assist in four games in 2026.
This Thursday could prove a pivotal point for the winger this season; he is has been used off the bench to start the season. And in recent news, it is believed that James could push for a move in January.
Leeds see him as an impact player off the bench, but the winger could have other thoughts. The game against Portugal could afford him the perfect stage to show the world and Daniel Farke what he can do.
