Leeds have been able to add James Trafford, Tarik Muharemovic and Nico Elvedi as well as Harry Wilson.
Daniel Farke’s side have been off to a great start of the season, they have only lost one game which came in the League Cup. Sitting in fifth place going into the international break is a big deal for the fanbase.
Leeds United January transfer window predicted
We are months away from the January window, but Leeds United cannot completely rule out any transfers.
Injuries and departures could determine if a player walks through the door in the next few months. Last year, the 49ers wanted to help the team by trying to sign Jorgen Strand Larsen.
It was planned as a strategic move to boost the quality in attack, but Crystal Palace swooped in to sign him.

OUT – Sean Longstaff

He has started this season just like he ended last year, on the bench.
Longstaff has not had a lot of luck since his injury saw him lose his place in the first team. The former Newcastle man is now behind Ao Tanaka in the pecking order.
A move in January is not far fetched.
OUT – Dan James

There was some speculation over the winger’s future over the last week.
James finds himself in a very peculiar situation at Elland Road. His position is a winger, but he may be forced to play wingback under Farke, with better options ahead of him in the attack.
His contract length and wages could see Leeds take the chance to move him on before the summer.
IN – Lewis Ferguson

With Sean Longstaff a very likely option to leave, Lewis Ferguson could be an almost direct replacement.
The Scotland international is a combative midfielder, who could further free Anton Stach and Ethan Ampadu. Ferguson is a more defensive option and is comfortable screening the back three.

But the club cannot go through a full campaign relying on just Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha. There is interest in bringing the striker to Elland Road, and with Nmecha out of contract this summer, this could be the right move.

Speaking of expiring contracts, Ilia Gruev is also out of contract in the coming months.
Leeds have had interest in Torino’s Gineitis, and his age means that the club can bring him in with an eye on the future.
Interesting but pointless Leeds don’t do business in the January window.
